The staff were attentive and the service was great with parking available. The hotel has a practical location near the metro station. The property is close to a church and several restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed spending 2 nights here.

The hotel is in a perfect central location with accommodating staff. The breakfast offers a variety of very good options and the food is great. The first-class service includes private parking and free Wi-Fi. I will definitely come back - I greatly enjoyed my really nice stay.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a really nice stay for a business trip. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and reasonably large and complete with a kitchenette including full sized refrigerator and the roll in shower, for example. A huge variety of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding!

The breakfast here was excellent with a variety of choices, and the staff were always polite and friendly, the rooms were spacious with a separate living area.

Good location...all the tourist attractions are very nearby if you have car. All major restaurants are also with in reach. Free Wifi, Free Parking, Free Breakfast in Standard King room with mini kitchen is definitely difficult to find in that rate. Liked the daily housekeeping service. Crib provided for my child as requested. Bathroom sink had some issue, but taken care immediately.

Daily breakfast menu is more or less same. It could have some variety.

Gym area was small and some of the equipment did not work.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! Everything about it was great. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also had excellent transportation services and secure parking, which was perfect for attending events at the nearby NRG stadium. The location was convenient as it was close to the metro, making it easy to explore this city.

THERE WAS NO HOT OR EVEN WARM WATER AT 4:00 AM AND I HAD TO BE BATHED AND AT THE HOSPITAL AT 5:00 AM! COLD SHOWER IS NOT THE WAY I WANTED TO PREP BEFORE SURGERY

I recently stayed at a hotel near the medical center for a conference, and I must say that my experience at the Hampton Inn was quite pleasant. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but it didn't hinder my stay at all. The breakfast, though served in a temporary location, was delicious and satisfying. The staff members were always friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for me to relax after a long day. Additionally, the convenient location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the nearby attractions, including a visit to Rice University. Although there were a few minor issues, such as the occasional dust in the room and inconsistent housekeeping, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again when I return to this part of Houston. I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
